How long we keep personal data

Your personal data is stored on our web server. The data from the forms on our website will be emailed to info@careerscout.nl Your IP address will not be transmitted under any circumstances.
After using one of our forms, you will automatically receive a copy of the submitted data with an explanation of how you can submit a request to view, change or delete your data with us.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Careerscout. shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the processing and to comply with any legal obligation. We enter into a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Careerscout. remains responsible for this processing.

Data that you have submitted via one of our online forms can be stored on our secure backups in the cloud.
In addition, Careerscout. provides your personal data to other third parties by means of cookies. We only do this with your explicit permission. For this, we refer you to our cookie statement.

Viewing, modifying or deleting data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Careerscout. and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data about you that we have in a computer file to you or another organization named by you.

You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data info@careerscout.nl. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, the MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), the passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

Careerscout would also like to point out that you have the option of submitting a complaint to the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

How we protect your personal data

Careerscout. takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact our customer service or via info@careerscout.nl.

Our security measures on the website:

• The data you enter via our website is only processed via a secure SSL connection.

• The website is also secured by means of a special software (for security reasons, the name of this software is not mentioned here).

• Your IP address is not sent when filling in a form.

• Your IP address that we send to Google Analytics has been anonymized.
