Careerscout. processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself.

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old. Unless they have permission from parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify that a visitor is over 16. We therefore encourage parents to be involved in their children's online activities to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are satisfied that we have collected personal data about a minor without that consent, please contact us at info@careerscout.nl. We will then delete this information.
Careerscout. does not store your personal data any longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. Below is an overview of the data that the website of Careerscout processes, the reason why we ask for this, what the basis is and what retention period we use.
All data will only be processed with your consent. The retention period of the data is 36 months by default, unless you become a customer of ours. In that case, the retention period is as long as Careerscout exists. You become a relation of ours and we link, for example, invoices, agreements and conversation notes, etc. to customer data.
Careerscout. makes decisions based on automated processing on matters that may have (significant) consequences for individuals. These are decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without a human being (for example an employee of Careerscout.) being involved.

Your personal data is stored on our web server. The data from the forms on our website will be emailed to info@careerscout.nl Your IP address will not be transmitted under any circumstances.
After using one of our forms, you will automatically receive a copy of the submitted data with an explanation of how you can submit a request to view, change or delete your data with us.
Careerscout. shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the processing and to comply with any legal obligation. We enter into a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Careerscout. remains responsible for this processing.
Data that you have submitted via one of our online forms can be stored on our secure backups in the cloud.

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data info@careerscout.nl. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, the MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), the passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
Careerscout would also like to point out that you have the option of submitting a complaint to the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Careerscout. takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact our customer service or via info@careerscout.nl.
The data you enter via our website is only processed via a secure SSL connection.
